Making Changes to Your Home

Living in a planned community means that almost all changes to the exterior of your home including garage and porch lights, shutters, decks, landscaping, painting, window replacement, roof replacement, siding replacement, etc. require prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee. The purpose of the ARC is two-fold. The ARC can help you with making decisions about your construction projects and the ARC works to uphold the architectural integrity of the community, thus protecting property values.

The Architectural Change Application should be used for submission of any planned projects.
