About Parks at Springmill

The Parks at Springmill is located in the area north of 131st Street, east of Springmill Road, south of 136th Street and west of Meridian/U.S. 31, in Carmel, Indiana. The Parks at Springmill consists of the neighborhoods known as Park Place and Park Meadow. The Parks at Springmill is a community consisting of 218 single-family 2-story homes. Amenities include two beautiful common areas with running brook, 3 stocked ponds, nature trail, playground, swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts. Our neighborhoods are also surrounded by walking trails that give you access to miles of public walking paths and we are a short bike ride or drive from the Monon Trail. The Parks at Springmill is a Carmel Crime Watch Neighborhood.

The Parks at Springmill Homeowners Association provides snow removal, landscaping, common area maintenance and much more. This website has been established to facilitate the communication between residents, association board members, committees, and the HOA management company, Centerpoint Community Association Management. If you have any questions or concerns regarding HOA matters, you can contact Centerpoint here. However, we have tried to put most information you may need right here on the website.

There are many documents available on the Association Documents page.
